The Taylor features a scaled down grand symphony body shape, delivering the classic rich, powerful acoustic voice of a normal sized guitar but in a more compact and transportable design. Built to be the perfect guitar for travelling musicians and songwriters, the small scale makes it easy to transport and hold in any position. The grand symphony body shape is an ideal choice for strummers, pickers and dynamic players, due to its fullness, volume and sustain.
The Perfect Guitar Neck
The Taylor NT neck, as featured on full size Taylor acoustics, ensures that playability and reliability are at the heart of the GS Mini. The NT neck was designed to give players a straighter, more stable guitar neck, resistant to common problems such as changes in humidity. The neck sits in a custom fit pocket along with laser-cut spacers. There's a perfect neck angle for each Taylor guitar, and these precision spacers create it. Best of all, because there is no glue used in the NT neck design, maintenance and adjustments can be made by trained technicians in a matter of minutes.
