Dimarzio Eclipse 8 Pickups

The JR-608 features a dual set of powerful Dimarzio Eclipse 8 humbucking pickups which deliver a clear and defined tonality for lead patterns and provide plenty of punch for rhythm parts. Unlike most other 8 string pickups the Dimarzio Eclipse 8 humbuckers deliver a low noise and defined tonality reducing the low frequency rumble normally found with 8 string pickups.

String-Thru Body

Incorporates a string-thru body construction the LTD JR-208 provides improved tonality and sustain by transferring vibrations and resonance from the string to the body as it goes over the LTD fixed bridge and passes through the body.

Push/Pull Coil Tap

Also utilizing a push/pull pickup coil tap the ESP JR-608 gives you a huge amount of tonal options allowing you to switch the pickup settings from a standard humbucking mode to a single coil making it an extremely versatile guitar excellent for live situations when an array of tones are required.
