The Warwick Thumb bass boasts Bubinga Pommele body, Wenge neck, and Tigerstripe Ebony fretboard. When you combine these exotic woods with Warwick's unique construction techniques, it maximises the instrument's stability and gives an incredible overall compactness.

The Warwick Thumb bass packs a incredible punch even as you play the lowest of bass notes. The low notes remain powerful, dry and clear, whilst going the highs never become obtrusive. Add to that, powerful on-board equalization allows you to experiment with timbre variations and, whilst the perfect arrangement of the pickups gives a clear and balanced sound.

The masterbuilt thumb 5 comes equipped with Active MEC J/J pickups and active Warwick 3-way electronics with a rechargeable lithium battery, the pickups and electronics combine to provide a punchy tone, the rechargeable lithium battery sustains battery life for longer than a standard 9v.
