JBL Quality Design

A sophisticated, advanced network topology design is utilized in JRX100 models. Heavy gauge wire minimizes distortion due to its coil saturation and SonicGuard high-frequency driver protection guards against damage caused by inadvertent overpowering of the system. All full-range models feature Neutrik Speakon and 1/4" input connectors.

Constructed To Take A Beating

The JRX115 is constructed of carpet-covered, 3/4" MDF - a material that is superior to the particleboard that is used by a lot of similar products. These enclosures are constructed by using advanced adhesives and closely mechanically spaced fasteners. Non-resonant, all metal handles are used and an 18 gauge, full metal grille surrounds the drivers. All JRX100 models have passed the same thorough 100-hour test that JBL high-end touring systems must survive.

Dual-Angle Pole Socket

The dual-angle pole socket enables the speaker to be mounted in either a conventional, vertical position, or with a 10 degree down angle. If the speaker is aimed down it becomes possible to achieve more even audience coverage and reduce the destructive acoustic reflections from walls.
