Play without limits. It can be frustrating when pedals are restricted to a couple or even just one effect. Mooer know that your pedalboard space is invaluable, and that's why the R7 X2 contains almost every reverb effect under the sun. It's a veritable arsenal of tone that ranges from a subtle shimmer to full on psychedelic swirl.
The reverb effects are divided into two categories, classic and modern. Classic comprises of: room, hall, church, cave, plate, spring and studio options for your standard reverberation needs. For a little bit extra, or perhaps if you want your tone in another dimension entirely, there's the modern effects: mod, reverse, wrap, shake, crush, shimmer and dream.
Infinity effects
Some things are so good you don't want them to end. With the infinite function of the R7 X2, you have endless, never-ending effects at the push of a button. Excellent for creating atmospheric soundscapes, or for experimenting with the diverse series of modern reverb effects, it puts you firmly in control of your sound.
At the other end of the scale is the handy Trail On function, which gives your effects a natural fade out. This avoids some of the stronger settings from overpowering your mix or losing the detail of your playing, like most functions on the R7 X2, it can be switched on and off seamlessly.
Intricate EQ and handy bypass functions
If you're a reverb enthusiast, it’s not enough to have loads of effects crammed into a pedal, you also need fine control to sculpt your bespoke sound. Fortunately, Mooer have included parameter knobs for fine auditory tweaking. High cut, low cut and mix form the EQ section, while decay and pre-delay adjust the intensity of each effect.
And for when you need to cut out R7 X2's effects entirely, there's a bypass footswitch to instantly toggle it on or off. When set to 'off' your R7 X2 will let your signal pass through without interference, preserving your tone. This is a pedal that responds to your every need, and is stocked with enough effects to keep even the most experimental musician busy for a long time!
