The 4ms Pingable Envelope Generator is one of the most versatile envelope generators on the market. This robust Eurorack module features everything you need to get the most out of your external gear. The dual-channel configuration includes full CV control of the shape of envelope, skew and pink, division/multiplication and a wide range of cycling options. The pingable envelope generators allow you to set the envelope time by a ‘ping’. The integrated tap tempo button or incoming clock allows you to set the ping time, with the envelope time comprised of a multiple or vision of the ping time. The 4ms Envelope Generator is ideal for providing full control over every aspect of your envelope, utilising an ergonomic layout for making changes on the fly.
The Skew knob and CV control allows you to control the ratio for the rise and fall times, while maintain the total envelope time. The curve knob and CV control the shape of the output envelope. It provides a wide range of exponential, linear, logarithmic, and interpolated curves, available for the rise and fall parameters. The scale knob also provides an attenuation inverter for the main envelope output. One of the most interesting features is the bi-polar button, which provides the means to centre the main envelope output to around 0V. A cycle button is also included for each channel, enabling the envelope to self-cycle, while in sync with the ping clock. CV control of the Ping Div/Mult, Skew and Curve is available via the CV jacks.
The compact yet robust design of this versatile Eurorack module is ideal as a keystone in any modular setup. Providing full CV control over nearly ever parameter, the 4ms Pingable Envelope Generator is ideal for a wide range of modulation applications. The module includes a number of gate outputs including EOR (End-Of-Rise) and EOF (End-Of-Fall), accompanied by a Jumper for each channel that changes the EOR output to a Half-Rise gate output for maximum versatility. There is also a wide range of jacks for triggering and cycling options, including a ‘T’ jack which allows you to toggle the state of both channel Cycle button when a gate is applied. Either channel is represented by the a separate colour with one donned in Blue and another represented by the colour Blue.
