A legendary sound now as a plug-in
Instantly recognisable, the sound of the Chorus JUN-6 has been scattered across a range of different musical styles after the original hardware release. From classic '80s classic pop to modern indie shoegaze, the subtle stereo richness and modulation is ideal for any instrument or style available. Encompassing Arturia's Phi and TAE modelling technologies, Chorus JUN-6 delivers the unmistakable gritty analog character of the original hardware.
Not just for synths anymore
Traditionally found in a Japanese-made synthesizer from way back when Arturia has brought the signature sound of this industry classic to plug-in form to use on any instrument or sound that may come into your mix. The perfect tool for creative sound design, the JUN-6 is unlike any traditional chorus pedal you've ever heard. You can enhance the stereo image of any track to a larger-than-life, immersive and warm sound.
Make your lead vocals pop out from a mix and sit your background vocals nicely behind for a full, lush and thick sound. Add shimmer to an electric guitar part, enhancing the width and vibe - perfect for ambient shoegaze! A miracle worker on bass, both guitar and synthesized bass, you can make your low-end fuller and punchier. Dash colour onto your static loops or send your cymbals into stereo heaven.
Enhanced control
Remaining faithful to the original sound in every way possible, Arturia has expanded the Chorus JUN-6 to be compatible with the needs of modern engineers, producers and musicians. Maintaining the three original modes, JUN-6 also features a Manual mode to adjust the Rate, Depth and Phase of the internal LFO modulation, letting you customise the response to the tempo of your project. Ideal for blending in parallel, JUN-6 includes a Mix control to get the level balance of your effect just right.
Powered by technology
Using proprietary modelling algorithms, JUN-6 can recreate the iconic instruments down to the component parts to create unrivalled realism and immersion. Unmatched in analog emulation, JUN-6 is powered by TAE and Phi technologies. TAE offers component-level modelling to accurately present the characteristics and behaviour of the instrument, whilst Phi's state-of-the-art physical modelling brings the acoustic properties into the virtual world for hyper-realism. The result is truly a next-level sound that is indistinguishable from the original to add to your productions.
