We will only issue a new product or refund if the supplier confirms that your product has not been activated. At the same time, we will ask them to invalidate it so that it cannot be used in the future.

When returning an order please ensure products are appropriately packaged and protected, to prevent them from getting damaged.

A creative platform which allows you to separate and manipulate stems using the RipX format but you can create projects from scratch, similar to a traditional DAW. Importing files into RipX DAW will automatically adjust the format to the proprietary RipX format, where audio and MIDI can be treated the same. With RipX DAW, there's also a record button, letting you record audio or MIDI directly into the software. RipX DAW also supports MPE input or audio from any device or source!
