Boasting over 1000+ phrases across the musical spectrum, Beatmaker Dope has the answer for the classic age of emerging urban beat-based genres. Divided into traditional song structures with specific grooves and rhythms for intros, fills, verses, choruses, breakdowns and more, you can craft a song from start to finish at breakneck speed. Fine-tuning the included grooves has never been easier with simple drag and drop MIDI files. Simply drop the MIDI into your DAW and go into the finer details to customise your pattern for your project.

A global mixing section offers simple one-knob control for saturation, maximising, ambience and analog-style filter sweeps. Perfect for quickly adding crunching harmonics, loudness, space and depth to your drum kit sound without diving into complicated mixing parameters. For more inexperienced mixing engineers, Beatmaker Dope comes included with 12 professionally-made mixing presets to enhance and transform your drum kit sound. Take your audience back in time with Lo-Fi or add modern shimmer and glisten with Punch. Each mix preset can be dialled in using the Beat Intensity control to tailor the brightness of each preset to fit virtually any mix style. Signature to the style of vintage Hip-Hop and Boom Bap, Beatmaker Dope features a special Vinyl Drive control to add the signature crunch and character to your drum tracks.

For more experienced producers and engineers, UJAM Beatmaker Dope includes multi-output routing. This enables you to process individual tracks outside of the plug-in and in your DAW using third-party plug-ins, perfect for helping to optimise your workflow and maximise your sonic potential!

Virtual Guitarist Silk distils the ability of a world-class session musician down to a selection of 670 characteristics in over 60 playing styles to help you lift your productions to the next level. A wide range of articulations and techniques including arpeggios, patterns and chord riffs have been included to take you from vivid fortissimo style phrases suitable for dance and pop compositions.

The sound of sophistication

Studio recordings can often be laborious and time-consuming to set all the equipment up. Let Silk take care of the sound for you and focus your creativity on other aspects of your production. Starting with an immaculate condition instrument, Silk is complemented by a myriad of tonal shaping options. Starting with the performance, Virtual Guitarist Silk features a handy position dial that enables you to virtually move the performer's hand between neck and bridge. This small but significant parameter opens up realistic tonality changes such as fret noise to add an extra layer of authenticity to your mix.

Captured in meticulous detail, UJAM Virtual Guitarist Silk has been recorded through five sophisticated microphone and channel strips simultaneously. Distilled down into five positions on the character switch, Silk offers five specifically-selected possibilities of all 25 combinations to ensure you can find the right sound for your mix. Further manipulation of the sound is presented using the mics control, enabling you to select between five of the high-end small-diaphragm microphone combinations.

Outside of selecting the character of the instrument and recording chain, UJAM Virtual Guitarist Silk includes a slew of effects to add ambience and atmosphere to your sound. Reverb, Delay and a one-button Doubling option are all presented to take your sound design to next level. The secret sauce of acoustic guitar sounds, Silk features the proprietary Animate algorithm. This tool has been custom-built for nylon guitar sounds, adding depth, movement and articulation to help your sound cut through dense mixes with ease.

The German hand-made nylon string guitar built during the golden years for luthiers, this vintage 1967 instrument combines with a world-class session musician to deliver the articulation, body and warmth you'd expect from a vintage instrument. Captured using a proprietary in-phase recording technique and edited using cutting-edge techniques, Virtual Guitarist Silk is the closest you can get to world-class studio recordings without ever picking up the guitar for yourself.

The hip sound

Soulful and organic, the UJAM Virtual Bassist Mellow hides behind no veil. No tricks are hidden up its sleeve, the sound that was captured is what you hear. Honest and raw, Mellow is the perfect sound and feel for your hip-hop jams, jazz trio or big band productions. Adding realness and authenticity to your tracks, the upright has been captured in stunning detail even as far as encompassing all of the real-life noises you hear on a vintage instrument - from finger slides to the faintest of creaks, Mellow is true to itself. Providing the signature thump, body and texture to your tracks, Mellow is as perfectly suited to melodic, walking bass lines as it is to pulled back, full whole note passages.

Smooth as silk

Not short of character, UJAM Mellow features an array of sound design and studio production tools onboard to enhance the vibe and mood of your upright bass. Recorded in meticulous detail with four different microphone setups, you can add a distinct flavour of tone to your Mellow Virtual Bassist. Hollow, Full, Round and Present all offer a unique sonic signature with a tailored frequency response, enabling you to quickly and easily find the right microphone for your mix and style - without ever needing to enter a studio!

Performance-altering tools are provided via the Character and Position dial. A five-way Character switch shapes the performance style along with the dynamic range of your Mellow Bassist. Traverse everything from Soft and Deep to help fit the pocket of a jazz groove, leaving space for a soloing piano or guitar or jump into Hard and Tight characteristics to help punch through a vintage hip-hop beat. Controlling the overall timbre of your instrument is the Position dial that seamlessly blends between neck and bridge plucking techniques. Regardless of what microphone or character parameters you have selected, the position of your hand when playing an upright bass determines the overall tonal quality of your sound. Move the position towards the neck for a more rounded and soft tone that's ideal for laying back in the groove or pluck towards the bridge to add punch and midrange that's perfect for walking up the fretboard. Automating between both creates a truly authentic and realistic performance in the exact same way a studio pro would when performing their parts.

Important studio production tools are provided in the form of the onboard room ambience control, EQ and compressor. Presented in easy-to-use formats based on a single dial, the room ambience is a real-life room that's been recorded to add depth, realism and dimension to your sound. A single high and low shelf EQ is accessed via the onboard dial, letting you quickly change the tilt of the frequency response to add more brightness and articulation for intricate performances or add extra sub and weight to fill out slow jams. A highly dynamic instrument, the compressor is perfect for keeping your dynamics in check, ensuring that no matter how aggressive or soft you play, you won't cause any unwanted distortion or peaks and can always be heard.

Transform your sound with Finisher, Octave and Drop-D controls. Ideal for sound design, choose from 15 finisher multi-effects to transform your sound into a completely new instrument for experimental landscapes. Blending in the Octaver adds extra musically-tuned notes into your signal, letting you fill out the low-end without needing to reach for an EQ or finisher effect.

For experienced performers, Instrument mode lets you experiment with the full offering inside of Mellow.
